 Jacking loader is generally used to change the transport direction of items, items from the fork into or out of the main transport line. It has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, simple structure, stability and reliability. In roller conveyor and chain conveyor, jacking conveyor is preferred for items with sorting speed less than 30 pieces/min but single piece weight greater than 2000kg. The equipment adopts PLC programmable control, so that the goods can be easily in and out of the main and auxiliary conveyor line, no collision, extrusion and other phenomena. The jacking and shifting machine developed by us adopts the balanced jacking with four fulcrum points. Even if the articles are not properly placed, the side or corner of the equipment is stressed, it can still rise and fall smoothly without any blocking or jamming phenomenon.
Jacking load shifting machine can be divided into: CAM jacking and cylinder jacking.
The main advantage is right Angle turn: in the space limited condition realizes right Angle turn, has the advantage of saving space, the disadvantage is: the cost is too high, the transmission speed is slow shortcoming.
